The building
A retrofit in central São Paulo.
Heritage X occupies a refurbished building on Rua Rego Freitas. On the façade, the concrete structure draws X-shaped diagonals, floor by floor. At night, the sign lights up.
Inside, fully equipped apartments for stays: studios, lofts with a mezzanine and a two-bedroom apartment. In some of them, the façade's X crosses the window.
The concrete changes colour with the light of the city.
