How do I book?
Bookings are made on WhatsApp (11) 91575-3420. Send your dates and the number of guests, and the team will reply with availability and rates.
Does the website show live availability?
No. Availability and rates are confirmed by the team on WhatsApp, during the conversation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Conditions vary by rate. Please confirm with the team on WhatsApp before closing your booking.
Your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 2 pm to 11 pm and check-out until noon. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance.
Which apartment categories are available?
Studios, Lofts (with a mezzanine) and the Master Apartment with two bedrooms. All of them have an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.
What are the Studios like?
Living area, bedroom and kitchen in one space, with a king bed, coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom with a glass shower.
Is there housekeeping?
Yes, housekeeping is provided by the Heritage X team. The frequency is agreed during your WhatsApp conversation.
Is breakfast served?
Yes, breakfast is served in the ground-floor restaurant. Please check whether it is included in your rate when you contact us on WhatsApp.
Is the reception open 24 hours?
Yes.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed on request, and extra fees may apply. Please check with the team before booking.
Can I bring children?
Children are welcome. Cots and extra beds are not available.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Cards. Cash is not accepted.
Is smoking or partying allowed?
No. This is a non-smoking building, and parties or events are not allowed in the apartments.

At Rua Rego Freitas, 553, in Consolação, facing the Consolação Church, in central São Paulo.
How far is Avenida Paulista?
About 1.9 km, roughly a 25-minute walk, to the corner of Avenida Paulista and Rua da Consolação. República metro station is about an 8-minute walk away.
